Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 24/48 hours. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.
During the pre-order phase, delivery times are extended and will be sent to you by e-mail.
Shipping fees
Deliveries can be made to points-relais or to your home.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the destination of the order.
We deliver to the following countries :

- Italy
Delivery times
Your order will be delivered within 3 to 8 days. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@sutur.fr.
In the event of delivery of a visibly damaged parcel, it is preferable to refuse it and write to us at contact@sutur.fr so that a new parcel can be prepared and dispatched on receipt of the damaged parcel.
International shipping
We do not offer international shipping services.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact us at contact@sutur.fr with your name and order number, and we will review it for you.
